Fast X star Tyrese Gibson shares happy moment with daughter in a mansion with a cinema in the yard

Tyrese Gibson, an Atlanta-based singer and actor, has listed his Woodland Hills, California, compound for less than $2.9 million, more than twice the $1.385 million he paid for it just 11 years ago. It's a plain, tan-colored, Mediterranean-style home that hardly anyone would notice or give twice.

 The main home is a conventional upmarket suburban affair that can comfortably accommodate a large family, with the exception of a few extravagant moments, such as the grandiose double-height combination foyer and living room with its even grander curved staircase and curlicued wrought-iron railings.

The spacious living area features a baby grand piano, a lot of white slipcovered furniture, and a sleek black fireplace.

 The home theater features a spacious, upscale kitchen that extends to a dining area and family room, as well as brown microsuede chairs.

 According to online estimates, the singer of "Sweet Lady" and "How You Gonna Act Like That" has put out six albums and sold 3.7 million copies since the late 1990s.  He has starred in three Transformers movies, where he has had greater success, and five Fast & Furious movies.  Alongside Jared Leto, he will star in two more "Fast & Furious" films and the "Spider-Man" spinoff "Morbius."  He's evolving from a singer to a movie star.
