Giannis Antetokounmpo 'stole' teammate's $45 stuffed animal and talks about being weird on his birthday🤣

After a victory over the Magic on Monday, Giannis Antetokounmpo, the star of the Milwaukee Bucks, talked about going "a little bit freaky" to celebrate his birthday.

The two-time MVP, who turned 28 on Tuesday, had reporters laughing during a postgame press conference as he talked about his perhaps inappropriate birthday plans with his longtime girlfriend, Mariah Riddlesprigger.

With a Homer Simpson doll in her hand, Antetokounmpo remarked, "I'm not sure if my lady has anything planned for me."  "Hopefully, they have something in store for me.  Some examples include jewelry, a birthday watch, a birthday cake, or a birthday card.  That would be wonderful.

"My family should go fetch them; I know they're watching right now.  I have a game the next day, therefore I wouldn't want to go to dinner.  I want to be able to relax, receive the regular care, snooze, and play with my children, Liam Charles and Maverick Shai, my sons.  You never know what might occur after I put my kids to bed [winks].  It could become a little weird [laughs].  My birthday is today.

What's the ONE gift you are getting Giannis for his 28th birthday!? 🥳 🎉

And why was the Homer Simpson caricature being held by Antetokounmpo, often known as the Greek Freak, after the game?  Tim Reynolds of The Associated Press reports that Sandro Mamukelashvili, a forward for the Bucks, brought it to the game after winning it while visiting Universal on Sunday.

Antetokounmpo reportedly took the cartoon doll that Mamukelashvili had left in the locker room to give to his children.

Antetokounmpo defeated the Magic 109-102 with a career-high 34 points on 12-of-21 shooting, 13 rebounds, and five assists.
