Jay Z first met Beyonce when he was 16 years old, at that moment he knew his heart belonged to this girl😍

Images of 28-year-old Jay-Z and 16-year-old Beyonce have surfaced, casting doubt on her assertion that she was 18 when they first became acquainted. 

 After the rapper, 55, was hit with a civil lawsuit alleging that he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl on September 7, 2000, following the MTV Video Music Awards with Sean "Diddy" Combs, the early days of their relationship have come under renewed scrutiny. However, he maintains that he was the victim of a "blackmail attempt."

 Weeks after the alleged event, Jay-Z, who was 30 at the time, was first seen in public with Beyonce, who was 19 at the time of their first date, according to her version. 

The Young Forever hitmaker has stated that he met his future wife when she was 16 and pledged that "she will be mine." Beyonce's narrative states that they were acquaintances for a year before their relationship became amorous.  At the time, he was 28 years old. 

 Even though there is no indication that anything occurred between them at the time, a photo that was allegedly taken on the set of Destiny's Child's music video for "No, No, No" shows that they did, in fact, meet two months after Beyonce's sixteenth birthday. 

 Additionally, another image that has surfaced depicts Jay-Z in the North Dallas nightclub Prime Time 21 on January 31, 1998, watching 16-year-old Beyonce play live for Destiny's Child for the first time in the city.

After 16 years of marriage, Beyoncé and Jay Z have three children together: Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Sir and Rumi, 7. 

 Last night, the family put on a united front when they walked the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood to promote Mufasa: The Lion King. 

 On the red carpet, Blue Ivy, who voices Kiara in the Disney movie, seemed at home as she posed with her parents and her grandmother, 70-year-old Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles.

After a 'like' appeared on a post to a news article regarding the lawsuit against Jay-Z, the fashion designer claimed her social media accounts were hacked, making headlines early Monday.

 When Beyonce was 15 years old and turned 16 in October 1997, a month before their breakthrough single was released, Destiny's Child recorded their debut album, No, No, No. 

 According to popular belief, Beyoncé and Jay Z initially crossed paths in 1999 or 2000, when she was 18 and Jay was 30. They remained friends for almost a year and a half before becoming romantically involved when she was 19.

"I was 18 when we first met, and 19 when we first started dating," she said in an interview with Seventeen magazine in 2008.

 Regarding their romance, Beyoncé stated in a 2013 interview with Oprah Winfrey on the Oprah Winfrey Network [OWN]: "We were friends first for a year and a half before we went on any dates."

 For a year and a half, we spoke on the phone, and a relationship's foundation is crucial.  It's really crucial to have someone you like and [who] is trustworthy.

Jay Z, however, seemed to refute Beyoncé's assertions in a 2007 interview with Charlie Rose when he disclosed that they had initially met ten years prior, making Beyoncé sixteen years old at the time. 

Journalist Charlie questioned the rapper about the moment he first saw the singer during a lengthy interview about his American Gangster album. "How long have you known her?" he asked. 

'A while, a long time,' was Jay Z's sly response, which wasn't exactly direct.
