Mick Jagger, the legendary frontman of The Rolling Stones, and his partner, Melanie Hamrick, a former ballerina turned author, have been enjoying a serene family life following the birth of their son, Deveraux, in 2016. The couple, who have been together since 2014, found solace in a luxurious villa in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, which Jagger purchased for $1.98 million in 2020.

The Mediterranean-style mansion, nestled in a gated community, spans over 5,700 square feet and boasts four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a host of upscale amenities. Features include a heated saltwater pool, a private bell tower, and a custom dance studio equipped with a ballet barre—a nod to Hamrick's illustrious dance career. The couple invested over $300,000 in renovations, transforming the property into a light-filled, elegant retreat.

Despite the comfort and privacy the villa offered, Jagger and Hamrick decided to sell the property in 2023 for $3.25 million. The decision was influenced by their increasingly demanding schedules and the realization that they were spending less time in Florida. 

Hamrick, who retired from professional ballet in 2019, has since embarked on a writing career. Her debut novel, "First Position," delves into the dramatic world of ballet, drawing inspiration from her own experiences. Encouraged by Jagger, Hamrick found writing to be a natural extension of her creative expression.

In a recent interview, Hamrick confirmed their engagement, revealing that they have been engaged for two or three years. However, she expressed that marriage is not a pressing concern for them, emphasizing their contentment with their current relationship dynamics. 

As Jagger continues to captivate audiences worldwide, and Hamrick forges her path as a novelist, the couple remains devoted to their family life, cherishing moments with their son and supporting each other's endeavors.
