On to the next one! Jay Z and Beyonce are pictured landing in Iceland as the rapper celebrates his 45th birthday

On December 4, he turned 45.

 Additionally, Jay Z decided to take his wife, Beyonce, to Iceland to celebrate his birthday.

 Tina Knowles was seen accompanying the newlyweds when they arrived in the Nordic nation on Monday afternoon.

The couple is reportedly spending their time at the opulent Trophy Lodge in Úthlíð, South Iceland, according to Iceland magazine.

 They landed by helicopter to the lava field in Grindavík on the Reykjanes Peninsula and were spotted visiting the well-known Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa.

 According to reports, Jay Z and Bey will also fly in a helicopter above the Holuhraun eruption, a volcano that has been erupting since August. 

 2014 was a significant year for the couple, as they started their global On The Run tour and were allegedly close to getting a divorce.

Currently, however, the hip-hop power couple is 'on the approach of making a purchase' for an estate in Beverly Hills worth $85 million.

 The 45-year-old rap mogul and the 33-year-old pop diva "are the frontrunners in a bidding war" following six tours of the cliffside property, according to TMZ.

 The property is reportedly the subject of four offers in total, but real estate broker Branden Williams is predicted to reach an agreement with Bey and Jay for $70 million "by Christmas." 

Situated on 23,000 square feet, the spectacular home has eight bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms, and a 16-car garage connected.

 The home's backyard patio, which offers expansive views of Malibu and downtown Los Angeles, is likely to be a favorite spot for the cigar enthusiast, Shawn Carter.

The spacious infinity pool in the house is a great place for the Partition singer to unwind. 

 From one of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the Drunk In Love duet, who have won a combined 36 Grammys, can still see the cityscape.

Both of them will have walk-in closets with lots of mirrors and enough to store their enormous outfits.

 In their modern home theater, the Crazy In Love pair can host private screenings for up to 24 pals. 

 Their affluent daughter Blue Ivy, who will turn three next month, receives a home candy store filled with tumbling candy dispensers.

 Additionally, the house's spacious wine cellar allows the adults to store a sizable number of bottles.

It's obvious that Mr. and Mrs. Carter can afford it all.
