Less than a year after purchasing it, Yo Gotti has put his hilltop mansion in Los Angeles on the market. Located in Westlake Village, California, the rapper’s sprawling 3-acre estate features a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.
Mario Mims, professionally known as Yo Gotti, gained mainstream success with his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The following year, his hit “Rake It Up” featuring Nicki Minaj broke into the top 10 of the Hot 100 charts. Now 41 years old, Gotti also operates Collective Music Group (CMG), a Nashville-based record label.
The Westlake Village property, named Villa Forza, is listed for $1 million more than what Gotti originally paid in May. Built in the late 1990s, the mansion spans over 10,000 square feet on a single level, offering breathtaking views of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.
